I wish to announce that at the 114 meeting of the Board of Regents of ICOF Colleges Seminary and Universities the appointment of Dr. James Zulu as National Coordinator for Centre for Disability Development Research Law and Policy (CDDRLP) Zambia Office was ratified.

CDDRLP is a disability department of ICOF and it operate to promote Research and policy as a development tool in addressing the well affairs of persons with Disabilities and ensure that national laws are aligned to United National Convention on the rights of the disabled.
